Shipping policy

We securely wrap each piece in 3 layers, and handbuild a box to form fit each painting to prevent moving in transit. No matter the distance, or price of the shipping we will pay the rest of the cost and insure you only pay the flat rate fee. Our art is a personal piece of us. It is our promise to treat it with the utmost care as it leaves our loving home and heads to its final destination.

When purchasing ready to ship art, we aim to securely package and drop of the works at the postage office within 1-5 business days. We make sure to keep you updated when the painting has been dropped off, sending the tracking information to easily track the movement of the works headed to you. Once we drop of our art for transit, we are not in control of the timing it takes to get to you. Our experience with ground shipping, it has never taken longer than 10 days.

Please note the prefixed ground shipping rates are heavily discounted per what they typically run. Especially for large works. We pay the remaining balance of shipping to offer a pre-fixed rate for consistency.  We do not charge for packaging + handling.

Shipping a heavy and large piece of art typically ranges anywhere between $300-$800+ (depending on estimated delivery). Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to quicker shipping PRIOR to  payment so we can adjust the rate. (ground typically takes anywhere between 3-8 days). We will give you the exact rate of each option and discuss options before requesting payments. Other options include next day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping.

DAMAGED WORKS

In the event our art was delivered to you damaged during transit, we will do everything in our power to help navigate the issue with YOU and the shipping company used. If there is damage, PLEASE document and photograph the packaging, the box, the art, and any details that can help us file a claim with the shipping company. That will be the only way we can utilize the insurance we pay for during EVERY shipment. If there is enough documentation of the damage, we can file a claim and arrange to have the painting repaired near you.

We pack our art with the utmost care. In the last 3 years we have had one instance of a frame being slightly damaged - the painting was shipped cross country and during a severe California rain storm. We navigated the issue with the design firm who was able to fix the frame by reattaching the screws.  This situation allowed us to reflect on future situations and how we would handle them.
