Information we need to write a formal proposal/invoice for your approval:

a few references of our artwork that pulled at your heart strings—what you like about them—and or wish to incorporate within your new piece.
(embroidery? driftwood loom installation?) the minerals and materials we use—whether within or embedded in the artwork—does not affect the total price. We simply ask for a general conceptual idea to provide an accurate lead time, as some details take longer to create than others.
{for professional design projects :: ♦︎ install deadline}. we strive to complete ALL bespoke commissions within a lead time of 3 to 8 weeks, contingent upon the artwork’s size and complexity.

We prioritize gathering as much insight as possible to create artwork that harmonizes with your space, reflects your personality, and complements your design vision. Photos of the intended installation area help us refine the color palette, to guarentee the piece feels effortlessly integrated into its surroundings while maintaining a distinct emotive presence.
If you're unsure about sizing, we’re happy to explore options with you. By sharing images or details about your space, we can assess what dimensions will offer the right balance and visual impact. Based on this, we’ll provide a range of size recommendations along with corresponding pricing, allowing you to choose what best suits your needs!

Depending on the project you can anticipate a few progress/process photos during the beginning—middle stages to confirm that we are heading in the right direction. Revision requests are welcomed and appreciated, within reason.
Most importantly, before the painting is installed in the frame, we'll ask for one final confirmation before shipment to ensure you love the piece. We then will confirm estimated shipping + delievery dates to make sure there will be someone present for the delivery.
✜ Although, some of our collectors like to be surprised and wish to keep the final reveal to be experienced in person— which has been really thrilling for both collector and artist.

WRAPPING UP ✴︎ INSTALLATION ✴︎ SHIPPING
Once we receive the remaining balance, your new artwork will be shipped within 48 hours—unless otherwise arranged at your request. Each piece is packed with its biography, a list of materials used, and a certificate of authenticity.
(01) – We kindly ask that you send us a quick update once you’ve unboxed your piece. Nothing is more nervewrecking + disheartening than potentionally finding out days later that you or your client are unhappy, or that damage occurred during transit. One time, is too many— since that moment, which we were able to fix the shipping damage to the frame, we’ve made sure to check in shortly after delivery. If we’re unaware of an issue, we can’t make it right. Open communication ensures a smooth experience, and above all, your joy is our top priority.
(02) – If the artwork will remain boxed for transport to a client’s home or commercial space, please note that most shipping insurance policies—ours included—expire four days after delivery.
