I wrote these intentions on New Year's Day, 2024. Today, October 28th, 2024, I am grateful for the threads of personal and relational change, growth, and the victories our business has embraced.
This year, I pledge to embark on a journey of self-compassion, where I shall extend kindness to my own spirit, even amidst moments of failure.
- I will cradle my inner child with the same tenderness I would present upon any precious young soul, enveloping myself in love and warmth across all dimensions of my life.
- I vow to radiate that same love to those around me, recognizing that we are all waging battles unseen, cloaked in our own struggles.
- I will remain steadfast in my authenticity, embracing honesty, humility, and vulnerability even when my ego tugs at me in embarrassment.
- With each passing day, I shall explore and cultivate new skills that ignite joy within my heart. I shall pursue my dreams with relentless passion, regardless of how many times I may encounter stumbling blocks.
- I shall welcome rejection as a catalyst for growth, forging ahead with an undaunted spirit. In this journey, I will assume the role of my own loving parent, fiercely advocating for my mental and physical well—being while holding dear those I love.
- I will cast aside the measuring scale of societal beauty, choosing instead to honor my uniqueness and refrain from the comparison trap with my fellow women.
- I will summon the courage to challenge my intrusive thoughts with unwavering facts, confront my deepest fears head-on, and silence the cacophony of self-judgment in a chorus of transparency. I shall share my truth boldly, aspiring to ignite a spark of courage in others to do the same.
- I will cultivate new core beliefs, affirming my intrinsic worthiness of loving, honest, and healthy relationships.
- Each day, I shall take a deliberate step toward realizing my dream of becoming a fine artist. I shall strive tirelessly to blossom into the most exquisite version of myself, showering grace upon myself in moments of imperfection.
- With an open heart, I will extend forgiveness to myself, acknowledging the beautiful complexity of being human.
- I will labor earnestly to trust my partner, gently disentangling him from the shadows of my past traumas with other men.
- I will courageously explore new artistic techniques, reveling in the joy my creations inspire.

I am transforming, evolving, and healing. This journey is not a linear path but a beautiful mosaic of ups and downs. While the year ahead may present challenges, every moment will be fruitful.
